— Full Platform User Agreement

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ct777gam", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the ct777gam online gaming platform accessible at ct777gam.net and all associated services, games, and features provided therein.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ct777gam or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account through which a Player accesses the ct777gam Platform, holds a PKR balance, and participates in games and promotions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in a Player's ct777gam Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real PKR.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total PKR amount that must be wagered on eligible games using Bonus Funds before those funds — and any winnings derived therefrom — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the ct777gam Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by ct777gam's own policies.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transaction currency of the ct777gam Platform.
• "These Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

References to any statute or statutory provision include all amendments, extensions, and re-enactments of that provision for the time being in force. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a ct777gam Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ct777gam is strictly an adult platform. You will be required to verify your age, and failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

ct777gam reserves the right to refuse registration, close an Account, or void any transactions where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer being met.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ct777gam Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ct777gam Account and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered;
• Log out from your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify ct777gam's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure that any minor who lives with you does not have access to your Account credentials or device while you are logged in.

ct777gam will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that was made possible by your own negligence or breach of these security obligations.

ct777gam may, at its sole discretion, conduct identity and document verification at any stage. You agree to promptly provide any documents or information requested for verification purposes, including but not limited to: government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Banking

All transactions on the ct777gam Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). ct777gam supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and processing times are subject to change and are published on the cashier page within your Account.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit at ct777gam is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• ct777gam does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Third-party charges imposed by payment providers are beyond ct777gam's control and are the Player's own responsibility.
• Deposit funds are credited to your ct777gam PKR Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ct777gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. ct777gam reserves the right to verify payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds in the Account have been satisfied.
• ct777gam targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• ct777gam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players may be requested to provide documentary evidence of the source of funds for withdrawals above 1,000,000 PKR.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ct777gam offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, VIP Cashback, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ct777gam reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available for one-time use per Player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the applicable promotion. The Wagering Requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms. Games with low or zero contribution to wagering requirements are typically table games and sports markets unless otherwise stated.
• ct777gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with notice provided to affected Players where practicable.
• If ct777gam identifies evidence of bonus abuse — including exploiting game mechanics to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — ct777gam reserves the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings, and to close the Player's Account.

Any free bets, free spins, or no-deposit bonuses granted by ct777gam are subject to maximum withdrawal caps that will be specified in the promotion terms. Winnings generated from such bonuses above the specified cap will not be credited or withdrawable.

6. Games, Fairness and Technical Standards

ct777gam provides access to games developed and operated by licensed, certified third-party game studios. ct777gam does not develop or operate any game content directly. All games available on the ct777gam Platform are provided by recognised studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Habanero, Spadegaming, and SA Gaming.

• All non-live (RNG-based) games on ct777gam use independently certified Random Number Generators. The outcome of each game round is determined entirely by the RNG and is not influenced by ct777gam or by the preceding history of game results.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio operators with physical cards, dice, wheels, or other equipment. The live dealers and equipment are subject to the regulatory oversight applicable to the studio operator's operating jurisdiction.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for individual game titles reflect statistical averages over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.
• ct777gam will not be held liable for any interruption to a game session caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, third-party network failures, or scheduled maintenance periods. • In the event of any technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, ct777gam reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players. ct777gam's decision in cases of technical disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 14.

7. Sports Betting and Cockfighting Rules

Sports betting services at ct777gam are provided through SABA Sports and are subject to both these Terms and the specific rules of each sports market. Cockfighting services are provided through certified arena operators including WS Gaming and BMGAME.

• All sports bets and Cockfighting wagers are final once accepted. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn after placement except where ct777gam expressly offers a cash-out feature on a specific market.
• ct777gam reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completion, in accordance with the applicable market rules.
• For Cockfighting markets, results are determined by the official ruling of the arena referee at the time of the bout. ct777gam does not accept responsibility for disputes arising from post-result rulings or arena administrative changes.
• In-play betting markets — including HBL Pakistan Super League in-play cricket markets — are subject to late acceptance policies and market suspension rules that may result in a bet being voided or placed at a different price than requested if the market state changes between bet submission and acceptance.
• ct777gam reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any individual sports betting or Cockfighting market and to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without stating a reason.
• ct777gam reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bet that it has reasonable grounds to believe was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome (match-fixing, inside information, etc.).

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct777gam Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on ct777gam, or assisting another person in creating an Account for the purpose of circumventing any policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 18;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or using ct777gam for any money laundering purpose;
• Systematically exploiting errors, malfunctions, or loopholes in the Platform software to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other Players, sharing information on live game states, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping in table game environments;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine gaming intent;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to ct777gam after using those funds for wagering purposes;
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening ct777gam staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your ct777gam Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw your entire real-money PKR Balance. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited. ct777gam will process voluntary closure requests promptly, typically within 24 hours of receiving the request.

ct777gam's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts: ct777gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold some or all funds pending investigation — in the following circumstances:

• Where ct777gam has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Where the Player fails to complete required identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe;
• Where ct777gam is legally required to do so by a competent authority or court order;
• Where ct777gam has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct;
• Where a regulatory investigation or dispute resolution process requires the Account to be frozen;
• Where the Player is identified as being in breach of the prohibition on multiple accounts.

In cases where an Account is closed due to suspected breach of these Terms, ct777gam will conduct a fair investigation before making a final determination on the treatment of any remaining Account Balance. Where the investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, any legitimate real-money PKR Balance will be returned to the Player.

10. Responsible Gaming Obligations

ct777gam is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment for all adult players in Pakistan. As part of this commitment, ct777gam makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits configurable from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR net loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Time-based session limits and reality check notifications that interrupt play at regular intervals with a summary of your net session result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary Account access restrictions of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which you cannot log in or place any wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited (minimum 6 months) exclusion from the ct777gam Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ct777gam complies with all applicable age verification obligations and does not knowingly allow any person under the age of 18 to register or access its Platform. ct777gam encourages all account holders to use device parental controls to prevent underage access.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct777gam excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the ct777gam Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption to Platform availability arising from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond ct777gam's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, and acts of nature);
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform — including odds, game statistics, and jackpot pool amounts — which are provided for informational purposes only;
• Any losses arising from a Player's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to maintain Account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ct777gam's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ct777gam's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The ct777gam Platform and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ct777gam reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where ct777gam makes a material change to these Terms — meaning a change that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a Player — ct777gam will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Notice will be provided via email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the ct777gam Platform.

Your continued use of the ct777gam Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact ct777gam to initiate a voluntary Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated"). It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ct777gam recommends that you review this page at least once per quarter.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Complaints Procedure: All disputes must first be submitted to ct777gam's internal complaints team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ct777gam will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and will issue a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information.

3. Final Resolution: ct777gam's determination on any dispute — following the full internal and escalation process — shall be final and binding unless overturned by a competent court or ADR ruling.

Nothing in this dispute resolution clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their immediate interests.
